SimCare is a doctor appointment booking platform. We connect patients with doctors in Karachi. SimCare is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the patient and their chosen doctor.
3. Appointment Bookings
Submitting a booking request through SimCare does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. Appointments are subject to the doctor's availability and confirmation. The doctor's office will contact you to confirm. SimCare is not liable if an appointment is unavailable or needs to be rescheduled.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep doctor profiles, fees, and timings accurate. However, this information may change. Always confirm fees and availability directly with the doctor's office before your appointment. SimCare is not responsible for discrepancies.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate personal information when making a booking. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false bookings, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Abuse of the booking system may result in being blocked from the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SimCare, including doctor profiles, design, and text, is the property of SimCare. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
SimCare is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties about the reliability or availability of the platform. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of SimCare after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
